Our founding principals are Accuracy, Timeliness and Transparency. We perform our takeoffs using the latest software then build and price our estimates using real time labor and material pricing, ensuring a current and relevant cost with respect to current economic conditions. 

We work for all people in the chain of a project- specifically subcontractors and suppliers. by doing so, this allows up to be current and accurate instead of just relying on historical and square foot costs like other firms do

Josh Brings 24+ years of construction experience, having held positions such as estimator, project manager and superintendent, giving him a breadth of knowledge and insight into how a construction project develops and gets implemented in all stages. When not in the office he can found scuba diving, surfing or creating stained glass with his other company, Stained Intentions Glass Studio

Christine provides project administration services, marketing assistance and general management of Josh, which takes a lot of patience. When not in the office, she runs a cooking blog, hunts and spends time outdoors doing Texas kind of stuff with her family
